Warm Up: 10-8-6 Push Ups/Squats/Trunk
In teams of 2 complete AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
5 Power Cleans (65#)
5 Thrusters (65#)
5 Burpees
Partner 1 completes a full set, then Partner 2 completes a full set...perform as many sets as possible in 12 minutes.
Partnered with Wifey.
10 rds + 4 reps (5 rds each).
