Warm Up: 10-8-6 Push Ups/Squats
3 x 10 trunk twists
2 x 12 deadlifts / 9 hang power cleans / 6 push jerks
WOD
5 sets, rest 3 minutes between sets:
12 deadlifts
9 hang power cleans
6 push jerks
The goal is to do the entire set unbroken.
65,85,95,105,115 (failed at 5th HP Clean. Rest, finish cleans, rest, finish p jerks)
