5 clean & jerks

5 squats
Choose your weight to used for WOD..!!!!(70-75% of 1 RM)
Training
10 rounds for time:
1 clean & jerk(115#)
5 pull ups (kipped all reps! all unbroken sets!)
10 push ups
15 squats
Time: 22 minutes 29 seconds
