400m Run with Med Ball (20#)
70 Defecit Push Ups (25# plates)
60 Jumping Pull Ups (box)
100 Single Jump Rope
40 Knees to Elbows (box)
30 Burpees
400m Run with Med Ball (20#)

30 minute cap.

Finished Burpees within cap, continued with run over time.

Time: 33 minutes
