Burgener Warm up: PVCx3, 45x3
Overhead Squat: PVCx3, 45x3

Front Squat - heavy single 165# PR 2x(65,85,95,100,115,125) 1x(135,140,145,150,155,160)
Power Snatch + Overhead Squat - 60% x 2 x 4 65# (55,60)
Overhead Press - 75% x 1 x 3 105# 2x(65,75,85,95,100)
Hanging Leg Raise - 3 x 15
