5 Deadlift
5 Hang Squat Clean
5 Push Press
5 Front Squat
10 Box Jumps

Prep

3 x 5 Deadlift, 5 Hang Squat Clean, 5 Push Press, 5 Front Squat
Build to weight used in workout

Training

5 rounds for time:
5 Deadlifts (85#)
5 Hang Squat Cleans
5 Push Press
5 Front Squats
15 Box Jumps (24in)
