Run 400 meters
50# Kettlebell swing, 21 reps
12 Pull-ups

Time: 19 minutes

Thursday 110217
"Annie"
100-80-60-40-20 reps rounds of Jump Rope
50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of Sit-ups

Time: 11 minutes
