Warm Up: 3x10 trunk/arm/neck rotations
3 x 10 Overhead Squat (pvc), Push Ups
3 x 3 Power Clean 95-115-135

Thursday 110421
Complete as many rounds and reps in 20 minutes of:
145 pound Power clean, 5 reps
10 Knees to Elbows
15 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

3 rounds + 5 PClean + 10 K-E

Time: 20 minutes
