Warm Up: 3x10 trunk/arm/neck rotations
3 x 10 Overhead Squat (pvc), Push Up
3-2-1 Chin Up

Friday 110429
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
8 Chin Up
Run 400 meters
10 Handstand push-up

Rounds: 3 + 8 Chin-up + 10 Handstand push-up
Time: 20 minutes
