In Team of 2:
AMRAP in 18 minutes of:
400m Run
WOD
40 Air squats
30 Ab mat situps
20 Push ups
10 Pull-ups
While Partner #1 Run 400m, Partner #2 will do WOD.
Your total reps will be your score fro the workout.
Result = 3 rds + 87 reps
