Warm Up: 3x10 trunk/arm/neck rotations
3 x 10 Overhead Squat (pvc)
3 x 10 Push Up

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 reps 95# Push press,
10 KB Swings, 35#
10 Box jumps, 24 inch box

2 Burpees
