CrossFit Austere - Week 5, Day 5

Warm Up: 3x10 trunk/arm/neck rotations;
10-8-6 Overhead Squat (PVC)/ Push Ups

for time
100 sit ups
20 box jumps, 24 in box
100 squats
20 pull ups
2.4 km run

Time: 35 minutes (8 minutes faster than 1.5 yrs ago).
