Warm Up: 3x5 of arm/trunk/neck rotations; 10-8-6 squats/push ups;
Burgener warm up: PVC, 45# bar.
Overhead Squat: PVCx3, bar x3

Snatch - 85% x 1 x 2 75# (55x2,65x2)
Clean & Jerk - 85% x 1 x 2 110# (75x2,85x2,90x2,95x2,105x2)

MetCon
15-10-5 reps for time of:
Pull Ups
Box Jumps

Workout Time: 14 minutes
MetCon Time: 8 minutes
