Front Squat: 115 x 2
Snatch - 85% x 1 x 4 75#
C&J - 85% x 1 x 4 105#
Front Squat - 85% x 2 x 3 120#
Weighted Sit Ups - 3 x 10 25# KB
KB Side Bends - 3 x 10 25# KB
Total Time: 30 minutes
Snatch = Power Snatch+Overhead Squat
