Power Snatch - max attempt: 55x1,65x2,75x2,85x2,90x1,95x1,100x1
Power Clean - max attempt: 100,105,115,125,135,140,145 (singles)
Time: 25 minutes
3 sets of:
Pull Ups - max reps: 8,7,6
Knees to elbows - 15
Time: 9 minutes
