    30-20-10
    mountain climbers, sit ups and good mornings - 13 minutes

  3. I went to my doctor today for my stiff achey elbow. He says I have tennis elbow (can't remember the technical term). I can still do push ups and stuff like that, but have to watch the weight I use on kettle ball swings. I'm a crusty old lady! But I'm not giving up.
