This is my workout from 1/22
I didn't trust the system, so that last post was a test. Anyway, this is really my workout from 1/22:Warmup - trunk/arm/neck rot, pushup/squats 8-6-4, overhead squats 3x5workout - manmakers x 30 (with 3lb weights) - 16min 2 secbrisk walk - 2 miles (38 minutes - I had to start and stop at the beginning to adjust the belt on the tmill)
I hate sales meetings! I was at my mtg last week and had to take the train to Boston for training Mon-Tues this week. I did some cardio in the last week, but no strength. That's why no postings. I'm back on track now!
1/25 - I have been sore from this workout for two days! (which is a good thing - by the way)
