Prison

I'm in a meeting out of town so I'm doing "prison" workouts.

Burpees: 15,14,13,12,..,3,2,1 = 120

Time: 24 minutes.

  2. I didn't trust the system, so that last post was a test. Anyway, this is really my workout from 1/22:

    Warmup - trunk/arm/neck rot, pushup/squats 8-6-4, overhead squats 3x5

    workout - manmakers x 30 (with 3lb weights) - 16min 2 sec

    brisk walk - 2 miles (38 minutes - I had to start and stop at the beginning to adjust the belt on the tmill)

  3. I hate sales meetings! I was at my mtg last week and had to take the train to Boston for training Mon-Tues this week. I did some cardio in the last week, but no strength. That's why no postings.

    I'm back on track now!
