100 Hand Release Push Ups
(PLANK on elbows)
100 Med-ball toss over the bar
(10lbs)
100 Overhead Squats(PVC)
(PLANK on elbows)
** push up & squat can be done only during the plank hold
** at anytime your partner stop holing plank, you must switch your position.
Time: 11 minutes 58 seconds
