Warm Up: 3x10 arm/neck/trunk rotations; 10,8,6 push ups/squats;

7 rds for time:
15 Push Ups
7 Pulls Ups
100 m run

Workout Time: 28 minutes

Followed this up with a 10 mile bike ride.
