Warm Up: 3x10 arm/neck/trunk rotations; 10,8,6 push ups/squats;
Overhead Squats - 5-3-2 PVC

Strength WOD
Squat - 3 x 5 3x(45,65,95,120,135,145), 5x(155,160,165)
Press - 3 x 5 3x(45,65,85,95), 5x(110,115,120)

Workout Time: 32 minutes
