3x 5 OHS, work to wod wt

Open 14.2
In 3 minutes complete:
2 rounds of:
10 Overhead Squat (95#)
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

In each subsequent set of 3 minutes,
increase reps by 2. Continue as long
as you are able.

Result = 10 reps
