3 x 10 Overhead Squat (pvc)
3 x 10 Push Up
3 x 20 Ab Mat Sit Up

rounds in 15 minutes of:
10 KB Swings (40#) / 5 Dips / 5 Pull Ups

Time: 15 minutes
