Warm Up: 3x10 trunk/arm/neck rotations
3 x 10 Overhead Squat (pvc), Push Up

Monday 110509
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Chest to bar Pull-ups
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
15 Kettlebell swings, 50#

Rounds: 5 + 5 Pull Ups
Time: 15 minutes
