3 x 10 Overhead Squat (pvc)/Push Up
Squat - 1 x 15 @ 50#

Press - 3x 95,100,105; 5x 110,110,110
Power Clean - 3x 110,115,120,125,130,130
L-sit (knees up) - 3 x 20 sec

Time: 29 minutes
