3 x 20 Ab Mat Sit Up

Strength
Press 5 x 60,75; 3 x 90,95,110; 5 x 120

MetCon
7 rds: 7 KB Clean & Jerk per hand (35# kb)

Strength Time: 15 minutes
MetCon Time: 10 minutes
