Warm Up: 3x10 trunk/arm/neck rotations;
3 x 10 Overhead Squat (pvc)/Push Up

For time:
150 Kettlebell (50#) Swings
150 Push Ups
(Broke this up into 15, 10 rep sets)

Time: 25 minutes
