Warm Up: 3x10 trunk/arm/neck rotations
3 x 10 Overhead Squat (pvc), Push Up
3-2-1 Pull Up
Running
20 x 100m Sprints, on the minute
(10 on the minute then 1 minute extra rest,
5 on the minute then 1 minute extra rest,
5 on the minute)
Time: 22 minutes
