3 x 10 Overhead Squat (pvc), Push Up
3-2-1 Pull Up

MetCon
1 round for time of:
25 Pull Ups
50 Push Ups
75 Lunges
100 Sit Ups

Time: 20 minutes

1 minute Hollow Rock work
