Warm Up: 3x10 trunk/arm/neck rotations
10-8-6 Overhead Squat (pvc), Push Up

5 rounds for time of:
2 minutes Double Under practice
1 minute max Push Ups (23,17,17,15,18)

Time: 15 minutes
