Warm Up: 3x10 trunk/arm/neck rotations
10-8-6 Squat & Reach, Push Up
5-4-3 Chin Up

Barbell Complex – 6 reps of each
1.Dead Lift (DL)
2.Bent over Row
3.Hang Power Clean
4.Front Squat
5.Press
6.Back Squat
7.Press

4 rounds, 45# barbell, 2 min rest between rounds

Time: 14 minutes
